Our design scouts spend their days hunting down unique, high-quality finds — and ensuring they’re offered at the fairest possible prices. We work closely with independent creators and trusted suppliers to keep our collections special, distinctive, and refreshingly affordable.

But sometimes, despite our best efforts, you might stumble across the same product for less elsewhere. If that happens, don’t worry - we’ve got your back.

How to Request a Price Match

Found something cheaper? Here’s what to do:

Make a note of the product name, price (including delivery), and where you spotted it.
Send us the link to the product page via our contact form or email.
Our friendly team will verify the details and get back to you as soon as possible.

If everything checks out and the offer meets our terms (see below), we’ll match the price - simple as that with a little something extra ontop!

Our Price Match Terms & Conditions

We want our price matching process to be as fair and transparent as possible. Here’s the small print (but written in plain English):

The product must be identical - same brand, same model, same specifications, and offered in new condition.
It must be sold by a UK-based retailer who sells directly to the public (not through marketplaces).
The product must be in stock and ready for delivery from the competitor at the time of comparison.
Delivery charges matter! The total price we compare includes both product cost and delivery fees.
We can’t price match against:
- Auction sites like eBay or Amazon Marketplace
- Daily deal or flash sale sites
- Factory outlets, clearance, or warehouse sales
- Closing-down or liquidation sales
Price match requests can’t be combined with discount codes, vouchers, or promotional offers.
Price matching only applies at the time of purchase - we can’t adjust prices retrospectively.
While we’ll always do our best, final approval is at our discretion, and we reserve the right to decline a match if it doesn’t meet our criteria.
We also reserve the right to update or withdraw this promise at any time.
