Returns Information

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your items are damaged when delivered, please refuse the delivery and contact us to arrange a replacement.

If you discover damage after delivery, report it as soon as possible. The seller may ask for photographic evidence before arranging collection of the damaged item and sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

  • Replacement: A new item will be sent to you.

  • Refund: We will refund the full purchase price, including delivery costs if the entire order is refunded, to your original payment method (card or PayPal).

Important: Do not use damaged items, keep them in the best possible condition, and re-package them in the original packaging if possible.


Unwanted or Incorrectly Ordered Items

If you change your mind or ordered the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 28 days of delivery. We will provide the appropriate return address, as it may vary by product.

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging (or equivalent) to maintain resale quality.

Return shipping costs: You are responsible for return postage. We strongly recommend using a signed-for delivery service with tracking.

Refund: Once the seller receives your returned items, your refund will be issued promptly.

Note: You are responsible for any diminished value of the product due to improper handling while it’s in your possession or during transit.


Items You Cannot Return

The following items are non-cancellable and non-refundable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Custom or commissioned items (e.g., art, sculpture, ceramics)

  • Personal items with hygiene seals (e.g., cosmetics, underwear) once the seal is broken

Please check whether a product is cancellable before purchasing.


Your Legal Right to Change Your Mind

If you purchased from our website (not in-store), you have the right to change your mind within 14 days of delivery.

  • You will receive a full refund, including standard delivery charges.

  • You are responsible for return costs.

  • This also applies if you return items that do not fit your space.

  • Exceptions: You cannot change your mind for unsealed health/hygiene products.

Deadline: The 14-day period starts from the day after the last item in a split delivery arrives.

How to notify us: Contact our Customer Service Team (see Contact Us page) or use the model cancellation form.

Returning items:

  • Send via an established delivery service and keep proof of postage.

  • Alternatively, request collection by us (see Returns & Cancellations page).

  • If the product is dispatched but not yet delivered, you must still cover return costs.


Refunds

  • Standard delivery: Refunded in full if included in your original order.

  • Express or timed delivery: Not refunded.

  • Refunds may be reduced if the product is used, damaged, or poorly packaged.

  • Examples of reduced refunds: product partially built, branded packaging damaged, missing accessories, or evidence of use.

Timeline: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of postage. Refunds are returned using your original payment method.

Finance payments: If purchased via finance (e.g., Klarna, Clearpay), we process the refund within 14 days, but the funds may be credited to your finance account later. You should confirm timing with your provider.
