Shipping Information

At OddThings, we partner with talented independent makers and small businesses from around the world. If the item is not stocked in our UK warehouse, the order may be shipped directly from the creator or supplier of your item - ensuring you receive unique products with care and authenticity.

If an item is not in stock, delivery times and costs may vary depending on where the product is coming from and your delivery location. Estimated delivery times are always shown on the product page.

We work closely with our suppliers and couriers to ensure all shipping costs and times are fair and reasonable.


UK Delivery

Standard Delivery

  • Most UK orders arrive within 5–7 working days (often sooner).

  • Once your order is placed, we’ll confirm the dispatch date.

  • You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

  • For in-stock items, we aim to dispatch orders placed before 12pm on the same or next working day.

Delivery Costs

  • Free delivery on all UK orders over £50.

  • Orders under £50 are charged a flat rate of £3.95.

  • Deliveries are made via DPD, Royal Mail, UPS, Evri or TNT on a tracked 1–2 day service.

Free Delivery to Most of the UK

We’re pleased to offer free delivery to most of the UK. Delivery charges only apply to:

  • Scottish Highlands 

  • Northern Ireland 

We currently deliver to:
England, Scotland (excluding Scottish Islands), Wales, Northern Ireland, and the Isle of Wight.

We currently do not deliver to:
Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, and Scottish Islands (postcodes HS1–HS9, KA27–KA28, KW15–KW17, PA20, PA41–PA49, PA60–PA78, PH42–PH44, ZE1–ZE3).

Rearranging or Tracking Delivery

Need to rearrange delivery or track your parcel?

  • Contact us before 12pm the day before your scheduled delivery to make changes.

  • For tracking updates, reach out anytime via our Contact Us page - we’re always happy to help.

Delays

Occasionally, factors such as bad weather or postal strikes may cause delays. If this happens, we’ll contact you as soon as possible with an update.


International Delivery

We proudly ship worldwide! International delivery options and prices are shown on each product page and are based on destination, size, and weight.

We use tracked courier services such as UPS, FedEx, TNT, and Royal Mail International to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times (from dispatch):

  • Europe: 2–5 working days

  • USA & Canada: 5–10 working days

  • Asia & Australasia: 5–10 working days

  • Rest of the World: 5–14 working days

Please note: international deliveries may incur additional postage costs depending on the final weight and dimensions of your parcel. We’ll contact you if any adjustments are needed - and if costs are lower than expected, we’ll refund the difference where possible.


White Glove & Furniture Deliveries

Some large or fragile items may qualify for White Glove delivery, meaning your product will be brought into a room of your choice and unpacked.

  • By default, packaging is removed - but if you may wish to return the item, please ask the delivery team to leave the packaging with you.

  • Furniture deliveries are curbside palletised services unless otherwise specified.


Delivery Partners

We work with a combination of trusted couriers, including Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, TNT, Evri and Yodel, as well as local delivery specialists.

If you miss a delivery, your courier will leave a card with instructions to rearrange or collect your parcel.

If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we’ll happily resend it - a standard £5 redelivery fee applies (furniture or large items may incur additional charges).


Insurance & Responsibility

All OddThings parcels are fully insured while in transit. A signature is required upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the item passes to you.

If your order is a gift, the person signing for it confirms receipt and assumes responsibility for the parcel.
